What is Fee-For-Service?
As a continuing care retirement community, we offer a selection of independent living housing arrangements as well as health care options with a fee-for-service structure.
Our all-inclusive campus provides access to on-site personal care, health care, and rehabilitation services if you need them. If you’re the caregiver of a loved one who needs extra assistance, we also offer respite care and memory support.
Our fee-for-service financial model allows you to pay only for the services you actually need, when you need them. When you enter the community, you’ll pay a one-time entrance fee and a monthly service fee, depending on the type of residence you choose, the number of occupants, and the refund plan you select.
If you enter a season of life when you or your loved one needs to increase the level of care, your fee will be adjusted accordingly. As a non-profit organization, our goal is always to help you maintain strong financial stability and comfort throughout your time with us.
