amazing raise


Currently, our largest benefit event of the year is our participation is a month-long giving program, taking place from October 1-31, 2022 in coordination with Tri-County Community Network called The Amazing Raise. During this designated time any gift received is eligible for proportional (percentage) matching bonus dollars. Gifts can be given via cash, check, and online.

All proceeds from this year’s Amazing Raise gifts at Frederick Living are targeted to Benevolent Care or to help complete pledged gifts to our 125th Anniversary Lighting the Way Campaign for those who made multi-year pledges to the campaign.

If you are paying by check, please make checks payable to “Frederick Living. If your gift is a pledge payment please note LTW pledge in the memo section.  All other gifts given during the Amazing Raise will go to our annual fundraising for Benevolent Care, our largest need. Our annual Grand Illumination involves the placement of electronic luminaries in jars in prominent locations across campus to celebrate people who have been special to us. This event benefits our Benevolent Care program, which assists residents who through no fault of their own, can no longer fully cover the cost of their care. It is also an opportunity for corporate donors to be Supporting Sponsors. The event typically kicks off with a concert on a Sunday afternoon in mid-December and the luminaries are lit each night until shortly after Christmas.
