Steady Freddie 5K & Sticky Bun Fun Run/Walk
New This Year – The Sticky Bun Adventure Trail for Kids!

Join us for our annual 5K and 1-mile fun run/walk held on the beautiful Frederick Living campus. The course winds through our cottage home community, past scenic woodland areas and around our tranquil pond. All paved surfaces are clearly marked and residents from the community cheer on our runners.
As part of our 130th anniversary celebration this year, we’ve added a few special details. In addition to an anniversary edition of the race T-shirt, all registered runners will receive a free sticky bun post race! AND — the 1-mile walk will feature the Sticky Bun Adventure Trail for kids ages 12 and under. Children will collect stickers as they complete simple activities at several stops marked on their adventure map. At the end, each junior participant will receive a medal and sticky bun.
