Steady Freddie 5K & Sticky Bun Fun Run/Walk

Join us for our annual 5K and 1-mile fun run/walk held on the beautiful Frederick Living campus. The course winds through our cottage home community, through scenic woodland areas and around our tranquil pond. All paved surfaces are clearly marked and residents of the community cheer on our runners.
As part of our 130th anniversary celebration this year, all registered runners will receive a free sticky bun post race!
