DESCRIPTION:Presentation and Photo Exhibition\n\n\n\n\n\nArt Petrosemolo will share images he has captured of people and places around the world\, sharing their personal stories and how he tried to captured their spirit in the images he collected. \n\n\n\nArt is a nine-year resident of Garden Spot Village and continues to work as a writer and photographer for The Lancaster Sunday newspaper as well as Lancaster Farming and Mid-Atlantic Horse and spends summer weekends photographing one-design sailing events up and down the East Coast. \n\n\n\nIn Art’s words…”Although have spent most of my working career at colleges and universities\, I’ve always found ways to write about interesting people\, places\, events and things for the media. For this Frederick Living exhibit\, I am pleased to introduce you to some of the interesting people I have met in a lifetime of keeping my balance on the turbulent waters of Lake Erie taking sailing photos\, to visiting Afghanistan with National Geographic (Afghan Girl) photographer Steve McCurry to prepare a photo exhibit for the lobby of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City. \n\n\n\nThe photographic exhibit will be on display through January 29th.
