Love Yourself, Love Your Heart with Kelly, Kara and Fran

Join Kelly Cuetara (Clinical Dietitian), Kara Woodall (RL Care Coordinator), and Fran Mahalak (Associate Wellness Service Manager for Symbria) to take steps to “Love Yourself, Love Your Heart.” Learn how exercise affects your heart, which type of exercise might be better for your heart, and how much exercise benefits the heart. Also learn how stress affects the heart and the damage that can be caused by stress in our bodies. You will learn uplifting and engaging ways to combat stress to maintain heart health. In addition, you will discover the dietary habits that can help you maintain a healthy heart. We will discuss diet including cholesterol, triglycerides, and sodium that contribute to heart disease as well as foods that can help combat heart disease. Samples provided!
